Either one will be fine – the store I used to work at sold tons of the Gigabyte K8M board without any problems maybe not any but not more than is normal.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the K8T I myself would most likely lean towards the gigabyte board, I’ve been leery of Asrock boards myself. They have been perfectly good since then.
